Description of Fishing: Everglades Kayak Fishing maintains a fleet of state of the art Tarpon 120 kayaks by Wilderness Systems. These kayaks are extremely stable and completely rigged for fishing. This style of fishing allows you to fish and access some of the most remote areas of the Everglades. Anglers depart aboard the mother ship, (a 27ft. Carolina Skiff) loaded with their kayaks, and explore some of the massive 1.4 million acres of Everglades National Park. The combination of the mother ship and kayaks really allows you to cover water not fished by many other anglers. Once there, the kayaks is so quiet, you'll be able to get right on top of the fish without spooking them. If you haven't fished the Everglades, you owe it to yourself to try this trip.
Additional Info:The "Fishing Cabins" are located near the water. Each have screened in Lanai's with ceiling fans, gas grills, refridgerators, and a picnic table. The cabins can sleep 4 anglers, have full kitchens, and are with-in walking distance of a tackle shop and restaurant.
