Description of Fishing:Royal Wolf Lodge has long been one or our favorite lodges in all of Alaska because of their specialization in tropy rainbow trout. This gorgeous and exclusive lodge is located in the heart of Katmai National Park in southwest Alaska. Being in this region gives them access to some of the finest streams and rivers in the state.
Having flown the region for over 50 year, Chris, Linda and their staff know right where to put anglers for that fish of a lifetime. Clients will use daily fly outs to ensure their fishing the most productive water during their stay. The lodge even boast some private water you just have to see to believe. The lodge specializes in rainbow trout with all five species of Pacific Salmon, Artic Char, Dolly Varden and Grayling available as well.
Their staff is well versed in fly fishing and can handle any type of client from absolute beginners to even the most seasoned veterans. Once you join them for the first time, trust us, you'll find a way to make it back again and again.
