Description of Fishing:The waters around Crocodile Bay Lodge have an incredible variety of world class sportfishing. The blue waters of the Pacific offer some of the finest billfishing anywhere in the world. Mix that with Tuna, Dorado, and Wahoo and you've got one of the most exciting bluewater fisheries one can imagine.

The area around Golfo Dulce also give guests at Crocodile Bay the option of chasing Roosterfish, Cubera Snapper, Jack Crevalle, Sierra Mackerel, Tripletail, Grouper and even world class Snook. (The all tackle world record Snook came from these waters) It's very rare to find all these species of world class fish in one place.

The fleet of 31 boats is the largert private fleet in Costa Rica and will meet you each morning on the lodges private 750ft. pier. Depending on the package you've arranged and the species targeted, you will fish out of anything from 17' skiffs inshore, to the beautiful 33' Strikes for offshore. You are then off for the day's adventure, perhaps Sailfishing, where it's common to raise 10-15fish in a day. On a spectacular day, you may raise between 40 and 50!

The crews are extremly good, english speaking and are experts in both light tackle and fly. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned veteran, the captains will impress.
